Not sure? Wrap a soft tape measure around your head, about one inch above your ears and across your forehead. That number in inches is your size. No tape measure? Use a piece of string and measure it against a ruler.
Adjustable Caps
These caps have an adjustable strap on the side or back. Simply set it once to your comfort. They fit head sizes 21.5" to 25.2" (55 to 64cm), which covers virtually every adult head. Nothing to choose, it will fit.
Sized Caps
These caps have a soft elastic band sewn into the back, so they flex to fit any head within the range. Simply pick the size range that includes your measurement.
