This agreement outlines the billing and cancellation terms for the Frank’s Caps Membership, offered by Frank’s Caps via franks-caps.com. By joining the Frank’s Caps Membership, you agree to the recurring payment schedule detailed below.
1. Recurring Charges and Billing Cycle
The Frank’s Caps Membership is a subscription service costing $39.99 USD, billed every 30 days.
Your first charge of $39.99 occurs at checkout when you sign up. This fee will repeat every 30 days until you decide to end your membership.
Authorization for Recurring Payments:
By joining the Frank’s Caps Membership, you authorize Frank’s Caps to charge $39.99 every 30 days until cancellation. You will receive an email notification 5–7 days before each scheduled payment, followed by a receipt after the transaction is completed.
2. Member Perks and Benefits
While your membership is active and paid, you can enjoy these exclusive advantages:
- Special discounts on eligible Frank’s Caps products
- Priority support from our customer service team
- Fast-track processing for your orders
- Early access to new arrivals and limited-time promotions
- Exclusive seasonal deals for members
- Access to special content and rewards (where available)
These benefits are subject to change. They remain valid only as long as your membership is active and up to date.
3. Automatic Renewal
Your Frank’s Caps Membership renews automatically every 30 days unless you cancel.
By subscribing, you grant Frank’s Caps permission to charge your selected payment method $39.99 every 30 days until you cancel your subscription.
4. Payment Notifications and Receipts
You will be notified electronically 5 to 7 days before each recurring charge and receive a receipt after each transaction.
It is your responsibility to keep the email address linked to your account updated and functional to ensure you receive these important notifications.
5. How to Cancel
You may cancel your Frank’s Caps Membership at any time.
To cancel or manage your subscription:
- Log in to your account at franks-caps.com and adjust your subscription settings,
- Email us at support@franks-caps.com with the subject line “Cancel Membership — [Your Order Email]”, or
- Submit a request via the Cancel Membership page on our website.
No phone call is needed to cancel your membership.
Cancellation requests are handled as soon as possible. To avoid a future charge, please submit your cancellation before your next billing date.
6. Impact of Cancellation
Once your Frank’s Caps Membership is canceled, no further recurring charges will be applied.
You may continue to access membership benefits until the end of your current paid billing period. After your membership expires, access to member-only discounts, perks, and content will cease.
7. Refund Policy
Charges for the Frank’s Caps Membership are eligible for refund requests within 14 days of the billing date for that specific billing cycle.
To request a refund, contact us at support@franks-caps.com within 14 days of the charge. Please include your name, the email associated with your order, and your order number if available.
Refunds are evaluated individually. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
8. Changes to Price and Benefits
We reserve the right to modify the membership cost, available perks, or these terms at any time.
Should we implement a significant change to the recurring fee or core membership conditions, we will inform active subscribers via email prior to the change taking effect, as mandated by applicable law. If you do not accept the revised terms, you have the right to cancel your membership.
