Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow your package.
Where is my tracking number?
Check the Shipped email from us (give it a few minutes, and check your spam folder). You can also find the tracking number any time:
- Click Track My Order or log in to your account.
- Open the order from your order history.
- The tracking link is listed with the fulfillment details.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location, as some caps ship directly from our fulfillment partners.
